Abstract
The purpose of writing scientific paper to know about the process of imports fruit pear belonging to PT. Intisehat Sentosa and knowing necessary documents to the process of imports , related stakeholders in the process of imports , and knowing how the process of imports fruit pear belonging to PT. Intisehat Sentosa by Custom Broker PT. Multi Terminal Indonesia Branches Surabaya. To the data used was primary and secondary data .Primary data was conducted by interviews directly with the parties related the import process , while secondary data obtained from books , notes report , and archives obtained from the media .Data collection method used is observation and survey directly on objects research. The results of the study concluded that PT .Multi Terminal Indonesia Branches Surabaya is Custom Broker have one of the tasks to the process of imports of goods from the customs and domestic and spending goods from the port until he arrived in a warehouse importir.Because of that , PT .Multi Terminal Indonesia Branches Surabaya show professionalism performance to maintain trust for users Custom Broker services.
