Abstract
Kesyahbandaran office and Port Authority Badas provide marine transportation services, including passenger transport services, and inter-island cargo. Accuracy speed needed good communication funds to make services more quickly the process is accurate and based on existing procedures, precise and easy. This study aims to determine the procedures involved in the service '' Clearance Procedures In and Out Vessel Clearance By KSOP Commerce in Port Badas Badas - Sumbawa ''. This study uses several methods such as observation, interview and documentation. Observations by the authors method is to look directly into the world of the field in the harbor Badas, Method Interview with the author's way to ask directly to the staff of the Port Authority Kesyahbandaran and Badas. And the latter is the method of documentation by searching for and collecting data from books, records, etc. Results from this study is '' Clearance Procedures In and Out Vessel Clearance By KSOP Commerce in Port Badas Badas - Sumbawa ''. very satisfying because it was based on the existing procedures. And also to know the agency, documents, as well as costs related to the activities of '' Clearance Procedures In and Out Vessel Clearance By KSOP Commerce in Port Badas Badas - Sumbawa ''.
