Abstract
As a maritime country, sea transportation is the backbone of the transportation system. The transportation system has a very important and strategic role in smoothing the flow of goods and high mobility, making transportation a necessity for the community, especially in sea transportation. This study aims to determine the Analysis of the Influence of Facilities, Operational and Labor Factors on the Dismantling of Imported Goods by the EMKL Division of PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras at the Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang. This research was conducted at the EMKL Division of PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras as a sample of the EMKL Division of PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras is a business unit that has responsibility for the implementation and smooth flow of trade from and abroad through the shipping and unloading services at the Port of Tanjung Emas. Goods shipping activities by the EMKL Division of PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras seen from some time has increased or even decreased. This can be seen from the existence of several factors that cause the activity of unloading imported goods to increase or even decrease, among others, the performance of human resources, loading and unloading facilities and operations that support the import activities. Data collection is done through Observation, Interview, Documentation, Literature Study, and Questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of the SPSS program. Based on the results of research and multiple analyzes generated equations: Y = -1,464 + 0,341X1 + 0,217X2 + 0,222X3 + µ The results of multiple linear regression indicate that there is a partially positive effect on facilities for unloading imported goods (t count 2.446> t table 2.05183), operations against unloading imported goods (t count 2.631> t table 2.05183), and labor towards unloading imported goods ( tcount 2,461> table 2.05183). The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the adjusted R2 correlation value = 0.670. Keywords: Facilities, Operations, Labor and Demolition of Imported Goods
