Abstract
PT. Samudera Energi Tangguh Surabaya Branch is one of the group companies Samudera Indonesia Group engaged in shipping, transportation, and logistics. PT. Samudera Energi Tangguh branch Surabaya specifically engaged in ship agency services starting from before the ship comes, ship berthing, loading and unloading goods and to ship out of the harbor. Information technology is needed for activities such ship agency services can be presented quickly, accurately and easily. Procedure ship agency services at PT. Samudera Energi Tangguh Surabaya branch include in Clearance and Clearance out. System ship agency services at PT. Samudera Energi Tangguh Surabaya branch started before the ship arrived. Then make a clearance in submitted to the Port Authority and the IPC for the determination of the petition berth and scouting services in the IPC.
