Abstract

Indonesia is a country known maritime state that most of the area is above the waters of the islands. Therefore, sea transportation is very important for transportation to connect islands scattered throughout Indonesia. Ships from ports of the other ports. Objective observations by the author is to know the procedure of handling services by the arrival and departure of ships Kesyahbandaran Office and the Port Authority of class V Selatpanjang. Results obtained from observations by the author is the arrival and departure service procedures performed by the ship and the port authority office kesyahbandaan v Selatpanjang class. Broadly speaking, systems and procedures for handling the arrival and kebernagkatan passenger ships starting from before the ship dating, when the ship dating (clearance in) from preparation through to implementation, before the ship left (clearance out) from preparation through to implementation, when the ship left the making report after the ship left.
