Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country / mariritime, so the cruise becomes very important role for the social, economic governance, defense / security and so on. Support it in needed infrastructure such as ports. To achieve the above objectives, the authors conducted data collection through observation, interviews, documentation, activities and agency services didasriconditions exist that not country completely self-sufficient for each other need each other and complement each other. Each country has different characteristics, good natural resources, climate, geography, demographics, tourism, economic structure and social setruktur. From the results of this paper PT. Jangkar Pacific is a company engaged in international shipping services and shipping agency, especially in the process of loading and unloading of goods from the country of origin to the destination country is equipped with cargo documents shipment, in need of equipment loading and unloading to support the activity of loading and unloading, relevant agencies namely KSOPCustoms.
