Abstract
In this paper aims to find everything related to the handling of ship agency began boats come until the ship departed, the agencies involved in ship services, agency activity, the costs incurred in the management of the agency as well as the handling of documents in agency. This work has included this type of research by observation techniques will be undertaken by the author based on the practice ground in enterprise in PT. Pelayaran Inti Internasional in which there are discussions on procedures for handling agency by PT. Pelayaran Inti Internasional.
