Abstract

Writing is motivated by more developed and the developing world of business today, the shipping company is required to expand its business. One way is to open a company agency tankers at ports. In that effort, PT. Pertamina (Persero) Region IV Semarang branch trying to increase efforts in the field of shipping and airport service users as possible so that the trust and satisfaction of consumers as users of services will also be maximized. Therefore, shipping companies, especially those engaged in PT.
