Abstract
In the loading and unloading of goods required a lot of preparation - preparation that needs perthatikan. Among such documents, the agencies in the activities, readiness warehouse or factory to place the goods, the readiness of the tools needed for the unloading process, the readiness of conveyance of goods, the readiness of operational staff as well as the labor of loading and unloading, and most importantly the security and safety work in the process of dismantling "argentine feed wheat". One area in the science of maritime shipping in high school that the loading and unloading of goods. In the loading and unloading activities involving many agencies, the performance and the role of supervision or operational staff is very influential for smoothness, safety and precision in loading and unloading activities, especially in the completeness and readiness of the document.
