Abstract
PT. Adhiguna Putera Cabang Gresik branch is shipping companies which provide to shipping agency, logs stevedoring and coal. Operational sistem proces start from side of ship, stevedoring proces from ship until have sail. Information teknologi very necessary in order to make faster angency and stevedoring activities services. Procedur servies shipping agency in PT. Adhiguna Putera Cabang Gresik branch covering clearence in and clearence out ship. Also the documents clearence in give to syahbandar and pelindo. In pelindo will oerder place side of ship, sailing scedule and pandu service. The last service is make make document clearence out to syahbandar for sail the ship. The services of shiping agency are handling socuments/sertification ship, crew ship and vessel expenses. In order to shipping companies get faster and comfort,PT. Adhiguna Putera Cabang Gresik must have diciplin employee in out of office to get safety. For get best service consumen have to care for procedure sistem in PT. Adhiguna Putera Cabang Gresik .
