Abstract

The port plays an important role in Indonesia with one of the ports functions as the entrance or exit of goods from a country or region where the majority of the goods are transported by sea transport, from the port of origin to the destination port. PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Tanjung Balai Karimun Branch is required to further increase its role in providing its best service to the community of sea transport service users, when viewed from the aspect of sea transportation development has the function of supporting all development sectors and assist in achieving the optimal allocation of economic resources . Goods and passenger ship service systems and procedures are the procedures for operational services that regulate / enter the vessel, loading and unloading activities, exit / entry of goods and persons at the port, which is done to ensure the implementation of order and smooth operation of the port. In the handling of ship documents consisting of several documents such as Shipping Order, Cargo Manifest, Bill of lading (B / L), Matereceip (Resimualim), Delivery Order (D / O), Invoice of goods sale, Polis and marine insurance ). Documents - Documents Required In Guiding Services and Ship Delays are Form 1A Documents (Name of ship, Flag of ship, Owner, Agency, Ship Status, Type of ship, Type of visit, Nature of visit, Weight of ship, Length of ship (LAO), Harbor of origin, Destination Port, Date arrives, Voyage). Document Form 2A-1 (Name of ship, Flag of ship, Agency, Type of ship, Weight of ship, Length of ship, Harbor of origin, Harbor of destination, Date and hours of labuh). Document Form 4A, is a document made for billboards bill services, such as lab services, mooring services, scouting services, delay service, and water services. Any fees or fees imposed on all types of services are summed into one note in form 4A.
