Abstract
PT. Bintang Timur Baru Bakti Branch Semarang is a shipping company engaged in ship agency - dismantling ships . PT. Bintang Timur Baru Bakti Branch Semarang duty to provide services and cargo ships, ship service systems operational processes at the start of the groove ship berthing, loading and unloading process of the activities of the vessel and up to the ship leaves port.
