Abstract
PT.Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk is a petrochemical company located in Banten Ciwandan. The Performance Management produces many excellent products with world-class product that is primarily propylene and ethylene. Objectives to be obtained author is aware of activities at the jetty PT.Chandra Asri Petrochemical and documents that need in the service process "LPG/C GAS ICON". The author will discuss about the service at Offsite and Marine (O & M) plan that is given at the time the ship will fill the cargo Raffinat-1 with means of conveyance "LPG/C GAS ICON", ranging from storage tanks belonging to PT.Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk then channeled using special pipes that will be channeled into tank "LPG/C GAS ICON".
