Abstract

Sea Cargo Ship (EMKL) or PPJK (Customs Clearance Services Company) is a service company that is required in the smooth management of export. Documentation in the customs territory. The company is also instrumental in the smooth current process performs the stuffing (loading good in to container) in werehouse exporter. The export proses under taken by the producer the sells products from one country to another pass thought the outer limits of the customs territory of a country, with the aim of getting much needed foreighn exchange the country. In export activities there are certain parties who feel difficulty in performing these activities. In order to facilitate export activities, EMKL is one dealing with care of various kinds of documents and formalities so EMKL can help export activities conducted by the export in efforts to improve trade transactions.
