Abstract
PT. Bahtera Setia Semarang is a shipping company engaged in ship agency and unloading of ships logs and coal. PT. Bahtera Setia Semarang Ships is responsible for providing services and goods. Operational processes and service systems ship goods in PT. Bahtera Setia Semarang beginning of the groove ship docked, the process of unloading the goods from the vessel until the vessel leaves port. Information technology is needed for activities of ships and the goods can be presented quickly, accurately and easily. Based on the background being addressed, while the discussion as follows: Documents required by the shipping agent, handling the unloading process logs, It should be considered in the demolition, agencies involved in the process of unloading logs, barriers and ways of solution System procedures pelayanaan ships and goods in PT. Bahtera Setia Semarang starts from the ship arrived at the port of destination. Then make a clearance in which proposed to the harbor master and PT. Pelindo for the determination of the petition berth and scouting services in PT. Pelindo.
