Abstract
In this paper aims to determine the procedures related to the ship agent from the ship to come to the ship departed, and agencies involved in services of ships, documents Clearance ship, obstacles during the process of the agency and the costs incurred in the agency , This work has included the type of paper by using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Method of observation by the author is to observe directly the agency procedures by PT. Pelayaran Bahtera Adhiguna at the Port of Tanjung Wangi Banyuwangi. The results of this study are procedure Clearance in and out out ship SV. Prospero 10 the result is very satisfying because it is based on the existing procedures. And also to know the agency, documents, as well as costs related to activities Clearance in and out. Keyword: Cleareance in and Clearance out, agent.
