Abstract
PT. BahteraAdhigunais a company that run in maintenance services of ships in port. Fast information technology is needed in order to make the service fastand accurate according to the procedure. This study aims to know the procedure that involve in clearance in and clearance out of a ship at port of Tanjung Wangi Banyuwangi. This study uses observations, interview, and documentation methods. Observations methods the writer did was directly observe in public dock port of Tanjung Wangi. Interview methods is to giving question to agent or operational staff PT. Bahtera Adhiguna branch of Banyuwangi. And the last, documentation methods was search and collect on book, note, etc. The result of this study is the proccess of clearance in and clearance out of SV. Prospero 10 is satisfying because is based on the procedure. And also to know about the instance, documents, as well as cost on clearance in and out activity SV. Prospero 10.
