Abstract

The success of a company engaged in the service sector is if the services offered by the company can be accepted by consumers and can make consumers redeemed satisfied by using their services (in this research the company in the field of car steering course services). The decision of service users is influenced by various factors including service quality, competitive prices and consumer trust. All three have an important role in influencing the decisions of service users. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of service quality, competitive prices and consumer trust in Thamrin Semarang car steering course services partially. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who were users of the Thamrin service in the semarang steering wheel course using purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, using descriptive and quantitative methods. Based on the analysis the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = - 0.890 + 0.167 X1 + 0.419 X2 + 0.332 X3 + μ From the results of the study there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Testing the hypothesis using the t test shows that the three independent variables namely service quality (X1), competitive prices (X2), and consumer trust (X3) are proven to have a positive and significant effect on influencing the dependent variable is the decision of the service user (Y), with the competitive price variable (X2) having the highest influence on the other variables in influencing service user decisions (Y), in the test the coefficient of determination (R Square) Adjust R square value of 0.601 means 60 , 1% variation in the dependent variable, namely the decision of service users can be explained by the independent variables, namely service quality, competitive prices, and consumer trust. While the remaining 39.1% is explained by other causes outside the variables studied. Keywords: Service Quality, Competitive Prices, Consumer Trust and Service User Decisions
