Abstract

As an island nation , maritime region is a strategic area with a variety of comparative and competitive advantages it has thus the potential to be the development of the national territory . Even historically shows that this maritime region has been functioning as a community center for a variety of physical and geographical advantages it has therefore Indonesia as a maritime country moves through the movement of maritime economy because Indonesia is a maritime country.
