Abstract
This research is aims to examine the effect of variable the quality of communication (X1), teamwork (X2) andTrust(x3) to the variable work productivity (Y). The object that taken in this study is employees of Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang 130 respondents. The data analysis is using Regression model tools SPSS Version 22.0 and the result is the quality of communication have positive and significant against work productivity, teamwork have positive and significant against work productivity, and Trust have positive and significant against work productivity. The Output from variable the quality of communication, team work and trust have impact on work productivity with amount 50,6% while the rest 49,4% influenced other variables outside the study.
