Abstract
In this paper aims to find everything related to the delivery of goods mainly to the activities of loading and unloading and handling shipping container and use as well as documents - documents prepared and related institutions in service delivery. This paper using these types of methods with observation and interview techniques will be undertaken by the author based on the practice ground at company PT.Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines in which there are the problems faced by companies PT.Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines and along its discussion. Based on the results of this paper show that Perana PT.Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines is important to take care of the document - the document in the management of freight forwarding and container requirements for the delivery of goods which are in the free trade zone of Batam in order to support a smooth service delivery of the goods.
