Abstract
The main study on this thesis is explain about tobacco export finishing procedure in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Surabaya. PTPN X has very big tobacco selling intensity, in domestic market and also international market. One of the PTPN X tobacco’s customer is Camtek,an international tobacco’s broker. On this tobacco buying process, Camtek as PTPN X customer made direct inspection to the tobacco’s quality ordered, to make sure that the quality ordered is totally valid. Contract is made by issuing Purchase Order by Camtek with detail 54.000 Kgs of Voorstenlenden/VBN tobacco quality and 18.000 Kgs of Besuki/TBN tobacco quality. Shipping Instruction is issued with shipment request in the end of January 2016 from two different place, Jember and Klaten. 100% TT (Telegraphic Transfer) payment system after arrival and inspection by buyer. Other requirements about shipment process has been stated in Shipping Instruction and become reference on preparing goods and documents. Key Word : Tobacco, Export.
