Accident currenly not only happen just on land transportasion, but recently the accident many happen on sea transportation. As recently two ship founder in sea of Ketapang and sea of Teluk Lamong pier namely is KMP.Rafelia 2 and KM.Wihan Sejahtera. Many of accident create a much question from public about shipping safety and security and marine environment protection. In performing a job, harbor master equip a rule exertion and implementation speed system management. Because determind through ship safety is inspection and examination expendiance a ship voyage. Aside from, any missions viewing the ship non stop although get a safety certificated. In this point, Harbour Master Class II Kijang act as a part that guarantee of safety sail and do duty marine inspector and examiner a worthiness of ship on territory of sea port of Sri Bayintan Kijang.
