Abstract
PT. Pertamina (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) engaged in the business of oil and gas (oil) in Indonesia. In support of commercial shipping activity using sea transport, in particular Marine Region IV PT. Pertamina (Persero) Cilacap, using sea transport tanker in the distribution of fuel oil, the vessel which has been specially designed to transport liquid cargo, oil in very large quantities, types of tankers, among others: oil tankers and carriers of liquefied natural gas, this ship has a special design to transport liquids or minyak.Tujuan writer is to know the process of loading or unloading cargo activities of special fuel oil transported by tankers. For the method used by the author in making this paper is the method of observation (Observation), the method of interview (Interview), the method of documentation, literature study, to obtain the observation that in the calculation and supervision in order to optimize the operator of the vessel with quality fuel. And besides that the author can add insight regarding the handling supplay bunker from start to finish activities. Keywords : Process supplay bunker, bunker Oversight and calculations, function performance Quality and Control (PQC).
