Abstract
PT. PERTAMINA ( Persero) in the field of its effort besides conducting petroleum eksploration of pate up stream sector and downstream, also use sea transport medium utilize to distribute oil fuel which have become and also which still is raw. Medium sea transport represent part of technology which must be exploited in order to transporting peaceful, quickly, reached expense and torder. Relate to oil fuel distribution process which mounting in Indonesia, PT. PERTAMINA ( Persero) open special port of Marine Region each every factory exist in various area. Marine Region represent port which included in terminal for the sake of by self (TUKS) is oil tankers to run process to unload and load oil fuel. Referring to service of oiltankers specially in Marine Region IV PT. PERTAMINA ( Persero) Cilacap serving all need of and also oiltanker of crew required ship in special port. In special port of Marine Region IV PT. PERTAMINA ( Persero) Cilacap there are ship property of and charter. Key wodrs : Medium sea transport, Process unload and load fuel oil, Shipping agency.
