Abstract
he main discusision on this paper is explain about Granite export process in PT. Wira penta kencana Tanjung Balai Karimun.Granite export intensity in PT.Wira penta kencana is always running well because there are so much buyer in PT.Wira Penta Kencana. Granite production process and some special export for granite which is a bulk cargo so that their special handling and handling different with other export. This paper is made to know how the tabacco export process is started from production process, preparation of granite , and granite export documents handling. Until went the field to check the charge material in accordance with the documents and customer orders. Observation method is supported by literatures and documentation of the process. FOB system is used and documents to be send directly to the real buyer, except the PPFTZ document required there because Tanjung Balai Karimun area is a special area of free trade area and free port (FTZ) which borders with other countries.
