Abstract
PT. Mentari Sejati Perkasa Branch Luwuk is a company engaged in the field of ship agency services. Rapid information technology is needed to make services faster accurate and based on existing procedures, precise and easy. This study aims to determine the procedures involved in the clearance process in and out at the Port of Luwuk. This study uses observations, interviews, and documentation. Observations by the authors method is to look directly at the docks of the Port of Luwuk. Interview method by asking directly to husbandary agent or operational staff at PT. Mentari Sejati Perkasa Branch Luwuk. And the latter is the method of documentation is to find and collect record from books, records, etc. The results of this study are in the process of clearance and clearance out KM. Mentari Persada very satisfying because it is based on the existing procedures. And also knowing Agencies, Documents, as well as the costs involved in clearance activities in and out vessel KM.
