Abstract

Air transport is currently undergoing rapid development. The development and growth of the aviation industry of the increase in the number of users of air transport services are also undergoing rapid development. Development of the number of aviation companies on one side benefit for the users of air transport services (passenger and cargo owners) because it would be a lot of options. These companies compete to attract as many passengers with cheap tickets and offer cheaper fares or offer a variety of bonuses. Not only the development of the persuhaan flights are increasing, a provider of goods/cargo freight (expedition) also continue to multiply. The company is competing in the Based on multiple linear regression analysis of the obtained results of Y = 0.400 + 0, 225X1 + 0, 342X2 + 0, 339X3 + µ . granting of services and ketepantan services, such as shipping time, and shipping costs are cheap as such research aims to find out and analyze how much influence the rates of cargo, fare warehousing and freight terminal service user satisfaction against the cargo terminal of the airport in Semarang Ahmad Yani PT. Angkasa Pura Logistics Semarang. The number of the sample in this research is as much of a population that is as much as 78 populations is the use of terminal services customers warehousing Ahmad Yani airport in Semarang. Test results of partial tariff cargo tariff, warehousing, cargo terminal facilities and empathy positively and significantly to the satisfaction of service users. In comparison with the results prove the value t calculate with the t table and with a significant level of comparison 5% (0.05) where the variable cargo tariff t count (2.469) > t table (1.99254) with the level of < 0.016 0.05 significant, variable rate warehousing t count (3.394) > t table (1.99254) with a significant level of 0.05, the variable < 0.001 on-site freight terminal t count (3.143) > t table (1.99254) with the significant level of < 0.05 0.002. Test terminal services quality R2, karo gives significant influence towards the satisfaction of service users of 59.2%, while the remaining 40.8% are influenced by factors other than the quality of the services which are not examined in this study such as financial compensation, safety and occupational health (K-3), and other factors.
