Abstract
One of the shipping companies as a large ship agent company operating in the Port of Semarang is PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk who amaze Ocean Shipping Line. PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk is an integrated cargo and logistics transportation company, established in 1964. In the use of port services for ship agency activities, Semarang Port regulates the financing and implementation of port services including disbursement system arrangements. Disbursement is the costs incurred due to the activity of the vessel at the port or after leaving the port. These costs consist of the cost of the labyrinth, the cost of docking, the cost of delay, and the cost of the guide. In addition, the types of port service tariffs are classified according to the type of services, which are the service tariff rates, the mooring service tariffs, the tariffs for guidance and deferral services, as well as the water service In order to process the disbursment that arise on the ship agent can run smoothly, quickly and efficiently should PT. Samudera Indonesia further improves the facilities and infrastructure needed, and more discipline employees who carry out activities in the field for safety to stay awake.
