Abstract

The use of adult containers is very attractive because it has a variety of advantages and costs that tend to be cheaper. The containers are designed with various shapes to follow the needs of shipping activities, this can be seen from the emergence of Reefer Container which container has room temperature control which can be used to keep the goods in fresh condition, medicine and other special goods. The number of shipping requests using Reefer Container makes the Agent PT. Ocean Indonesia and TPKS work together to maintain the integrity of reefer container, so that the reefer container is always in the flow of electricity. In addition, this paper is made to know the process, documents and constraints in handling Reefer Container from ship Kanway Galaxy to CY. Given the Reefer Container is very special, then the handling of this container dismantling should be fast and should always be in control at any time. Good and correct reefer container handling will reduce the problem in the container itself and by preventing the problems that will occur with the maintenance of unloading equipment that is always done repair and maintenance as well as supervision when dismantling.
