Abstract

In a fairly safe handling activity for decayed cargo requires a reefer container and is supported by a generator or generator to keep the load at minimum temperature and guaranteed durability. At this writing using a qualitative approach to connect data according to the facts with the background. Data collection techniques used were interview, observation, documentation study, and bibliography. The process of delivering a reefer charge begins from bargaining the customer until the reefer container gets to the destination with some obstacles. To keep the loads maintained freshness operational officers keep reefer containers at low temperatures according to the type of goods assisted by the flow of electricity or generator. Requires good cooperation in each party concerned.
