Abstract

PT. Bahtera Adhiguna (Persero) Surabaya branchis a shipping company engaged in ship agency and Unload cargo. PT. Bahtera Adhiguna (Persero) Surabaya branchresponsible for providing operational service . Operational system and service process start from the ship berthing, the process of unloading cargo from the ship to leaves port. Information technology is needed for ship activities and the goods can be serve quickly , accurately, and easily. To achieve the purpose of writing the above, the methods used by the author as follows: Methods of Observation, Interview Method, Method documentation, questionnaire method, as well as Literature Study. The system serviceprocedures in PT. Bahtera Adhiguna (Persero) Surabaya branchstart when the ship arrive in destination port , and submitted clearance in to KSOP and Pelindo for the determine berth place and permit for scouting service to Pelindo .
