Abstract
The main discussion in writing about the arrival and departure of the ship at PT. Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line Tbk. There are several background issues to be solved by the author ie Documents required by the shipping agent in the process of clearance in, clearance out, documents after demolition, the duty of the agent on the arrival and departure of the vessel, the costs associated in the clearance process. The purpose of writing the paper is to know the documents that must be prepared in clearance in, clearance out, the main task agent and the cost of the clearance process. Based on data collection conducted during practice land (Prada), the author uses several methods of interviews, observations and types of data. The result of this paper is to know the necessary documents when clearance on the ship. In becoming an agent, using the inaportnet system in the presence of this system allows shipping companies to become agents because agents do not always have to be in syahbandar to conduct a ship clearance system.
