Abstract

Passenger satisfaction is the level of one's feelings after comparing the performance (or results) that are felt compared to their expectations. The research objective and hypothesis in this study were to analyze the influence of the dependent variables namely facilities, ticket prices, and service quality on the dependent variable, namely passenger satisfaction. In this study the object taken was KM economy class passengers. Kelimutu, Semarang-Karimunjawa department. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were KM economy class passengers. Kelimutu, Semarang-Karimunjawa department. The technique used is non-probability sampling with sampling insidential, which is a technique for determining samples based on chance. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the equation is produced: Y = 1,365 + 0,238X1+0,350X2+0,145X3+µ The results of multiple linear regression equations show that there is a partial positive effect between facilities on passenger satisfaction (tcount - 3.069> t table 1.985), ticket prices on passenger satisfaction (tcount 4.955> t table 1.985), and service quality on customer satisfaction (tcount 2,252> ttable 1,985). As for the adjusted R2 = 0,498. This means that 49,8% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y) is passenger satisfaction can be explained or caused by independent variables namely facilities (X1), ticket prices (X2), service quality (X3). While the rest (100% - 49,8%) = 50,2%, explained by other causes outside the variables studied. Keywords: Passenger Satisfaction, Facilities, Ticket Prices, and Service Quality
