Abstract
PT.Bahtera Setia Semarang Branch is a shipping company engaged in the field of ship agency, the process of ship service agency in PT.Bahtera Setia starting from the plot of the boat dock. Information technology is needed for ship service agency activities can be presented quickly, precisely and easily.The process of ship service agency in PT.Bahtera Setia Cabang Semarang includes clearence in and clearence out ship. Vessel agency service system in PT.Bahtera Setia Semarang Branch started from the ship arrived. Then make a clearent in submitted to KSOP and Pelindo for the determination of the place of dock and the application of scouting services in Pelindo.Service service is the last of making a clearence out that submitted to KSOP for departure ship.Support ship service in the form of ship document documents crew and ship needs during the dock.In order for the ship service agency process can run smoothly, quickly and safely should PT. The Faithful Ark further improves the necessary infrastructure, and further disciplines the employees who carry out the activities in the field in order to keep the safety awake.
