Abstract
PT. Cakrawala Nusantara Sampurna Line is a company engaged in the field of ship agency services. Rapid information technology is needed to make services faster accurate and based on existing procedures, precise and easy. This study aims to determine the procedures involved in the agency activities at the Port of Ciwandan-Banten. This study uses observations, interviews, and documentation. Observations by the authors method is to look directly at the docks of the Port of Cilegon-Banten. Interview method by asking directly to husbandary agent or operational staff at PT. Cakrawala Nusantara Sampurna Line in Ciwandan-Banten. And the latter is the method of documentation is to find and collect record from books, records, etc. The results of this study are in the agency activities MV. STAR SEJATI very satisfying because it is based on the existing procedures. And also knowing Agencies, Documents, as well as the costs involved in agency services vessel MV.
