Abstract
PT. Admiral Lines Jakarta is a company engaged in the field of shipping. Providing services not only for domestic ships only but also serving overseas ships, this requires the company PT. Admiral Lines Jakarta works professionally. This study aims to determine the procedures involved in Agency Management at PT. Admiral Lines Jakarta and understand what obstacles are in the service delivery process. This research use questionnaire method, observation, interview, and documentation. Observation method used by the author is to observe directly in the office and Port of Tanjung Priok. The conclusions of this study indicate that every activity that occurs must be in accordance with applicable standards. So the quality and quality of service can be guaranteed and good impact for the company. Keywords: Agency, Management, Procedure
