Abstract
As an archipelagic country, the territory of Indonesia is a waters area so the activity of sea transportsai world has the potential to become the national territorial development of Indonesia. This spurred the improvement of shipping service quality. Even with the increasing flow of goods on the port, the shipping companies open a loading and unloading company in each port to run the maritime and national shipping business. This paper includes a type of paper with techniques using the method of triangulation. Triangulation method by the author is to observe directly the responsibility of loading and unloading company about the loading and unloading process of special port of PT. Siam Maspion Terminal. In the results of this paper shows that in the process of loading solar must be in accordance with documents that have been received. After the document is completed prepared the process of loading solar to prepare the tools to be used and check the goods to be loaded so that no errors occur in the loading.
