Abstract

The purpose of writing this paper is to know about PT. Shipping Company Nusantara Panurjwan Branch Pontianak, in providing services to Ships and Goods KM. Intan Daya 15. The operational process of ship service system and goods in PT. Shipping Company Nusantara Panurjwan Branch Pontianak, Starting from before the ship arrived, at the time the ship arrived, at the time the ship docked, and when the ship departs. The existence of service inaportnet system making it easier in ship agency activities. To achieve the above objectives, the authors use the type of qualitative data and some methods of data collection that is the method of observation, interview method, documentation method and library method. The results obtained as follows, system procedures ship service and goods KM. Intan Daya 15 at PT. Shipping Company Nusantara Panurjwan Branch Pontianak, starting from the ship arrived at the port of destination, then make the clearance in which proposed to The Harbor Master and for the determination of the place of dock and request for scouting services in Indonesia Port Corporation.
