Abstract

Employee performance is the end result of the work of a work a process that has been done by an employee in a certain period, by using the idea and effort to achieve the company’s work goals. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, job satisfaction, leadership style, and compensation partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT. Pertamina (Persero) Balikpapan East Kalimantan. The population in this study are all permanent employees. The sampling technique used is propability sampling with a type of sampling that is simple random sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using bargain linear regression analysis with the help of (Software) Package for Social Science Statistics (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the variables of organizational culture, job satisfaction, leadership style, and compensation have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 1.77 + 0.285 X1 + 0.229 X2 + 0.260 X3 + 0.323 X4 + . From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing employee performance is the Compensation variable with a regression coefficient of 0.324 and Adjusted R Square test of 0.618 or 61.8% which means that employee performance is influenced by organizational culture, job satisfaction, leadership style, and compensation of 61.8% and other factors that influence employee performance in addition to the factors studied are 38.2%.(work discipline, motivation and organizational commitment) Keywords: Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Leadership Style, And Compensation
